Questions about claiming
Which email can I use to claim?
Your official business email on the company's own website domain, for example name@yourcompany.com when the website is yourcompany.com. Free email such as Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com cannot be used. If the profile has no website of its own, use your business email and attach a business document.
Which documents can I upload?
A business licence, certificate of incorporation, GST registration certificate or another official document that shows the company name. PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Files stay private and are only used for the review.
How long does verification take?
Our team verifies every claim by hand, usually within two working days. You get an email with the result. Once the claim is approved, the profile is active and you manage it from your supplier dashboard.
Someone else already claimed my company
Write to suppliers@compoundlist.com from your company email with proof that you represent the company. We will look into it.
Can I remove my company instead?
Yes. Write to privacy@compoundlist.com from an email on the company domain and we will remove the profile.
