What happens next

1. We check the listing, profile or message against our rules and the controlled substances policy.
2. We may hide content while we review it, and ask you or the other party for details.
3. We remove content, warn or suspend accounts where needed, and tell you the outcome.

Stay safe when buying

Never pay outside an agreed contract
Be careful with suppliers who push for urgent advance payment to a personal account or a new bank account.
Check the badges
Verified and Audited badges show what we checked. Unclaimed profiles are not managed by the company yet and are not verified.
Ask for documents
Request the COA, SDS and licences for the exact grade before you pay, and compare them with the listing.
