Has shown significant activity against certain of the more important borer insects such as European corn borer, sugar cane borer and fall armyworm.

Insecticide, acaricide.

It is a contact and stomach inseticide, and is used for the control of aphids, bollworms, mites, stem borers and whiteflies on such major crops as cotton, maize, field crops, fruit and vegetables.

Control of thrips, jassids, mites, and leaf-eating larvae on hops, sorgum, rice, sugar cane, vegetables, tobacco, etc.

For cotton leafworm, Spodoptera littoralis, pink bollworm. Also aphids on hops.

How it is made

Condensation of diethyl phosphoryl chloride and 2-imino-4-methyl dithiolane.
